These terms govern your use of Arborize, operated by Sycamore Healthworks Ltd (registered in Scotland, number SC886987, registered office 2/3 Clyde Offices, West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 1BP). By using the service you agree to them.
Arborize audits your Google Ads account and, on a managed plan, applies optimisations. Routine changes may run automatically; larger changes are made only with your approval. We aim to improve your results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control.
You confirm you are authorised to connect the Google Ads account you link, and you grant us permission to read it and, on a managed plan, to apply changes you approve. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard.
The audit is a one-off fee. Managed plans are billed monthly: a base fee plus, on Growth and Scale, a percentage of the ad spend we manage, billed in arrears. Fees are shown at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Do not use the service unlawfully, to advertise prohibited content, or in breach of Google Ads policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for changes to your account that you approved.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination we revoke access and delete your Google data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
